Spice up your holiday parties with red hot Christmas punch! This holiday features a bit of fizz and a whole lot of flavor!
I generally wait to decorate for Christmas until Thanksgiving is over, but with how 2020's gone so far, I'm all about getting up that holiday cheer ASAP.
And diving into that holiday food while sipping on holiday punch!
I'm still kind of in denial Christmas is around the corner. I swear it comes more quickly each year—and I'm far less prepared when it does arrive.
Good thing I have a solid collection of go-to holiday traditions and recipes like this red hot Christmas punch. They make planning holiday get-togethers so much easier!
I don't serve holiday punch very often because Diet Coke is usually my beverage of choice. (I go through A LOT of this caffeinated beverage during the holidays.)
But special occasions like holiday cookie exchanges and New Year's Eve parties call for something more festive. Red hot Christmas punch looks especially pretty on a holiday table—and in holiday glasses.
This holiday punch has a flavor reminiscent of Christmas thanks to one crazy, awesome ingredient.
And no, I'm not talking about the Sprite, although it does make this punch that much better.
This red hot Christmas punch legit has Red Hots candies in it! They've been dissolved in water and combined with orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice and pineapple juice and then frozen into rings (or in this case, mini bundts).
Those deliciously slushy rings are added to a punch bowl and then chilled Sprite is poured over them. The result is a slightly cinnamon, slightly fruity, super refreshing holiday punch!
We all know no holiday party is complete without some yummy appetizers to go with that holiday punch. I'm a huge fan of the ever-popular cheesy pigs in a blanket.
We love to take 'em up a notch with the addition of creamy homemade dipping sauces like sweet sriracha and honey mustard. Other appetizers you'll find on our holiday table include , game day spinach dip, sweet onion crack dip, and cowboy caviar.
Pretty much every holiday appetizer (and holiday dessert) pairs perfectly with this red hot Christmas punch. Don't believe me? Better give it a try!
Ready to see how easy it is to make this holiday punch? Let's do it!

While I love a good classic punch bowl set, I'm dying over a stainless steel punch bowl!

In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine juices, Red Hots and cinnamon stick. Cover and cook on low for 2-4 hours or until heated through and candies are dissolved. Discard cinnamon stick before serving. Serve with additional cinnamon sticks or sugared cranberries if desired.
