Keep in mind that there will be an additional 10 to 15 minutes on the cooking process while the pressure cooker preheats and comes under pressure, though.
After the cooking time is up, the pressure inside needs to be released. To do this, you should natural release the pressure for 10 minutes. This means you should simply all the pressure cooker to sit for 10 minutes after the cooking time has elapsed as it will naturally dissipate pressure during this time.
How Long Should I Pressure Cook Pork?
To pressure cook your pork, you need to select High Pressure and set the cooking time to 75 minutes. When the cooking time ends, turn off your pressure cooker to allow the pressure to release naturally. It will take approximately 20 minutes.

Jennifer
We tried this for the first time last week, and it was amazing! We tweaked it because we didn’t want bbq, so we cut out the bbq and liquid smoke, but it was still packed with tons of flavor. We will definitely be cooking it this way from now on. Thanks!

I agree with Jennifer, I left off the BBQ sauce and it was Great without it because it had so many flavors to it and it was awesome. We all Loved it. Thanks
