I love drinking smoothies, especially if it's super easy to keep the ingredients on hand. And thanks to frozen fruit like mixed berries, mango, and pineapple, you can make tropical smoothies all year long!

I like smoothies that are healthy but don't taste healthy... kind of like this protein-packed low-carb chocolate peanut butter smoothie.

This pina colada protein smoothie is an easy, healthy, delicious, protein-packed way to enjoy your favorite tropical beverage!
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- ¾ cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Place almond milk, coconut milk, pineapple, vanilla protein powder, honey, and vanilla in blender.
- Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
