You can def if you have a point and shoot thermometer aim for 350 you want low and slow after thawed if you want crispier crust you can baste it with oil turn heat up brown don’t burn or over cook fish will be dry and taste poorly. I’m not giving times it’s cook till thawed both sides middle use tooth pick or gentle fork to know if thawed
