- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon each salt and pepper
- 20 split chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- ⅓ cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ cup honey
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon ginger, finely diced
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
How to Make Baked Honey Chicken Wings
- Preheat the oven to 425 F
- In a bowl, mix the flour with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon black pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture and remove any excess flour. Brush the chicken wings with olive oil (or spray them with olive oil spray).
- Grease a baking sheet with oil or butter or simply line it with foil. Add the chicken wings and bake them for about 35 minutes, turning them after 20 minutes have elapsed.
