These crunchy peanut butter protein bites are some of the easiest and tastiest protein bites (aka protein balls) I've ever made!
Disclosure: This is a sponsored post for Purely Inspired; all thoughts and opinions are mine.
From basic protein to cherry chocolate chip, I've made my share of protein bites.
I can't call them protein balls without giggling. It's a problem.
Protein bites are pretty easy to make and these crunchy peanut butter protein bites are no exception.
I'm a huge fan of protein bites (aka protein balls) because they come together quickly, taste too good to be healthy and make an easy on-the-go snack or late-night "I've gotta stop eating the Oreos stashed in the cupboard" craving fighter.
They're also great post workout or as a halftime pick-me-up. My kids love 'em as much as I do, and because they're pretty dang healthy, I have no problem offering them as an after-school snack option.
These crunchy peanut butter protein bites feature quick oats, natural crunchy peanut butter, Purely Inspired organic vanilla protein, powdered peanut butter (Purely Inspired has that too!), honey and dark chocolate. If you're not a fan of dark chocolate, try mini semisweet chocolate chips. You could even try milk chocolate chips if that's your thing.
I love how the peanuts from the crunchy peanut butter give these protein bites added texture and crunch. It's truly delightful!

I don't but if you plug the ingredients into something like My Fitness Pal, you ought to be able to get those details. :)
